產(chǎn)品簡介： AP（Alkaline Phosphatase）即堿性磷酸酶，可以催化BCIP/NBT等底物顯色或催化適當(dāng)?shù)幕瘜W(xué)發(fā)光試劑產(chǎn)生化學(xué)發(fā)光。本產(chǎn)品為堿性磷酸酶標(biāo)記的經(jīng)親和純化的山羊抗體，特異識別小鼠IgG，對其他種屬IgG無明顯交叉反應(yīng)，檢測靈敏度高，本底低，可用于Western Blot和ELISA檢測。
